I will be co-hosting my next retreat with my sister! A three day women’s retreat at her ranch in Arizona, combining women’s work such as embodiment breathwork, kundalini yoga, sisterhood and archetypal work with outdoor practices such as working with horses, hikes and camp-fire medicine songs. The ranch is a hidden dime, with its own crystal mountain, stunning views and untouched nature and creeks. We will gather with an intimate group - and return to the Wild Women’s Way.
As women, we live and work in a world dominated by normative and cultural standards we have to abide by. We are mothers, workers, daughters and live our day-to- day lives in constant expectation. This retreat in the Arizona mountains is a time to break away from all that, and reconnect to the deepest part in ourselves: the Wild Woman.
All the activities we will do are designed to bring you (back) to your power that you have within. The high desert is a wild place that naturally invokes wildness - it is primal, rough and stunning. It is the perfect place for the Wild Women’s Desert retreat!
