Radical Embodied Living
I have learned many things on this journey of healing and embodiment but it comes down to this: you have two options;
closing or opening
Numbing or feeling
When your heart is bruised and bleeding from a lost love, will you stay with the pain, sobbing and breathing on your floor, feel through the ache, back to a wide open raw heart, or will you harden yourself to be moved and taken to the deep waters of longing and loving once again?
Will you love more radically and more profoundly, again and again and again?
Do you opt remembering and expressing the medicine that is your lineage, your childhood and your story through
art
poetry
dancing
breathing
singing
being with the wind, the rocks, the rivers and the land
thundering orgasms
and tears of laughter?
Or do you settle for the fearful, the mundane, the predictably, the expected?
Can you stop trying to figure everything out and dare to feel, lean in, listen and move trough the truth our body is always communicating to us?
Do you dare to jump, unattached of the outcome, howling, feeling, risk-taking, embracing all of YOU?
It means living wholeheartedly
It means being powerfully vulnerable and deliciously passionate
It means being high on love
eyes like diamonds and raw open heart
and its looks god damn beautiful on you
It means standing strong
Holding boundaries like a boss
Yet you will not harden
You will not close off your heart
You won’t be for everyone
but you will be for you
Choose staying present
here and now
However challenging that may be
Choose Life
Choose loving fiercely
Choose opening
